How to order
Print. All paperbacks are printed and distributed by Ingram, and are orderable by any bookshop through Ingram or through UK wholesalers supplied by Ingram, including Gardners.
Terms: 40% trade discount, firm sale. We do not accept returns. Booksellers are very welcome to order for a named customer, and special orders are fulfilled in the usual way — we simply cannot take unsold stock back.
Ebooks. Distributed via Draft2Digital to Apple Books, Kobo, Barnes & Noble and library platforms, and separately to Amazon Kindle.
Libraries. Our ebooks are available through the standard library aggregators via Draft2Digital. For print standing orders or series purchase, write to us directly.
